USD Tobacco Use Prevention Education (TUPE) Program – California

November 12, 2015

I gave six 60 minute presentations to students at Ramona Junior High school through their physical education classes on the dangers associated with alcohol, tobacco and marijuana use and the impact it has on your body. My presentation included the “3 P’s of Alcohol” “Removing the Smoke Screen” and the “High Expectations of Marijuana”. I brought my knowledge and humor to the classroom to educate these students, and we had a hands on demonstration with students wearing the fatal vision glasses which simulates the feeling of intoxication.

What a fun day we had!
