This afternoon we will be conducting a 90 minute Recovery speaker meeting with our Palm Springs, Cathedral City and Rancho Mirage Youth Accountability Team (YAT) students.This meeting is designed for people from all walks of life share their experiences and recount how marijuana, alcohol and other drugs has left a lasting imprint on their lives. Many of these speakers have many years of sobriety and their experiences and stories will enlighten the students and will give them the tools and the knowledge if they or someone else they know has a problem with marijuana, alcohol and other drugs. This meeting lets the students know that they are not alone and that there are places to turn to that can help with addiction.
