This afternoon we will be conducting a 90 minute nurse’s visit for the Palm Springs, Cathedral City and Rancho Mirage Youth Accountability Team (YAT) students. Our highly educated nurse will bring her vast knowledge to this visit and give the students insight into the professions in the medical field, the dangers of drug and alcohol related accidents and will conduct a hands on presentation that includes various instruments that are used in a hospital setting, along with a question and answer session. This is a great opportunity for students to learn about the many professions in the medical field and how to take the steps to obtain an education in this field. We are looking forward to a great afternoon filled with knowledge and experience.
