Today I will be speaking for one 40-minute presentation for the Elk members attending the annual Elks Grand Lodge Convention in Atlanta, GA. We will discuss the Elks Drug Awareness Program (DAP) and how it is reaching students in the era of school closures and tenuous school openings. Ray will describe his innovative, effective approach and Elk members can learn how they can reach youth with the drug-free message within their communities.
