To me relationships are the great undone. We are so close or had them, then lost that person to addiction and it doesn’t matter if it is drugs or alcohol. Then we tried to talk some sense into them but that only pushed them away. How do you get the person back or at least open up a conversation with them? People who are deep into addiction speak a whole different language then we do. In 18 minutes I am going to try and share the language that I learned to bring my sister back from her addiction and reopen that relationship.
