State of Texas Health and Human Services, “Fearless Factor,” “High Expectations” and the “3 P’s of Alcohol”

This morning I presented one 45 minute keynote presentation for the State of Texas Health and Human Services. We discussed the ” Fearless Factor.” This training included demonstrations on how to overcome fear by having a vision, being committed to it, and by taking action to see that vision become a reality. Participants were challenged to think differently about this much misunderstood emotion called fear. Then this afternoon I presented two 75 minute workshops in which we discussed the “3 P’s of Alcohol and High Expectations” where participants learned the impacts and dangers that alcohol and marijuana have on our bodies and minds. We had a great day!
