Today I will be conducting one 60-minute keynote for students attending the Lake Health District Wellness Youth Summit. Students will hear the value of considering their many life options, reflecting on how those choices will affect their lives going forward and looking at what choices they can make that are positive. We will also discuss addiction and how it affects all areas of our lives, whether it is an alcohol addiction, drug, or a gambling addiction. I am looking forward to a great day!
