This evening I was the M.C. for the Enrique S. Camarena Award. The Elks Enrique Camarena Award has been established by the Benevolent and Protective Order of Elks to recognize and honor law enforcement officers who have made a significant contribution in the field of drug prevention. Agent Camarena’s belief was that one person can make a difference. This event was sponsored by the BPO Elks lodge #1475.
