My second day of the Elks DAP Nebraska tour I presented three 45 minute presentations to students at Broken Bow Middle school, Anselmo- Merna High school and Ansley school. We discussed “Clearing the Air” and the “High Expectations of Marijuana” which focuses on the dangers associated with vaping and marijuana use and the impacts it has on our bodies. We had a great day! Then this evening I conducted a 60 minute community training in which we discussed addiction and how to talk to youth about drugs and alcohol. This training was open to parents, teachers, Elks members and community members. This tour was sponsored by the Elks Association State Drug Awareness Program (DAP).
