My fourth day of the Elks DAP Connecticut tour I presented one 60 minute presentation at the Manchester Elks Lodge # 1893. We discussed addiction and how to talk to adolescents about substance use but don’t know how to get started. This presentation was open to all Elks members, E.R’s and invited guests. This tour was sponsored by the Elks Association State Drug Awareness Program (DAP).
