The second day of this tour, I conducted a 90 minute workshop for the students at the Arkansas Youth Summit on goal setting called the “Fear Factor.” In unique mix of education and humor, we discussed how to overcome fear by having a vision, being committed to it, and by taking action to see that vision become a reality.
