I presented for a 90 minute workshop called “Addiction and Drugs 101.” We covered information on a range of topics relating to illegal drugs. In this interactive and fun workshop attendees learned the facts regarding alcohol, heroin and prescription drugs, its effects on the body and why addiction happens so fast with youth. The workshop focused on facts incorporating alcohol, heroin and prescription drugs into a beneficial conversation for students. It was interactive, humorous and highly informative and the people who attended walked out able to easily explain addiction, and the 3 drugs listed above.
