The last day of the Elks Colorado DAP tour I will be presenting for one 60 minute presentation to parents and teachers at Elkhart Elementary school. We will discuss how to talk to our youth about alcohol and marijuana. Afterward, I will be conducting two 30 minute presentations to 6th graders from Elkhart Elementary school. We will discuss the “3 P’s of Alcohol” which focuses on the dangers associated with alcohol use and the impacts it has on our bodies and minds. There will be a question and answer period afterward and I am looking forward to some great questions from these students today. Then this evening I will be conducting a 60-minute parent and student training discussing the impacts that alcohol and marijuana have on our youth today. This tour is sponsored by the Elks Association State Drug Awareness Program (DAP).
