This morning I will be conducting a 90 minute workshop for the students attending the 2017 Most Valuable Student Leadership Weekend. We will discuss the “Fearless Factor” in which I explain that fear is an unavoidable part of the human experience and that anxiety, fear and phobias threaten to overtake us as we embrace the ever-changing age in which we live in. With this unique mix of education and humor, I will demonstrate how to overcome fear by having a vision, being committed to it, and by taking action to see that vision become a reality. Students will be challenged to think differently about this much misunderstood emotion called fear.
