This evening I conducted a 2 hour workshop for teens ages 11 -15 and adults. We discussed the “3 P’s of Alcohol” and learned the impacts it has on our bodies and minds. Participants learned the physical risks of teen alcohol use and learn strategies to help guide their teen towards a healthier lifestyle. This event was sponsored by St. Joseph, Mission Hospital, Laguna Beach.
