Elks National Foundation, ʺ3 P’s of Alcohol,” “Clearing the Air” and ʺHigh Expectations”

March 14, 2019 Livermore, CA

The fourth day of the Elks National Foundation, Walnut Creek, California tour I presented two 45 minute presentations to students from Christensen Middle school and Junction Avenue K-8 school. We discussed ” Clearing the Air” which focuses on the dangers associated with vaping and juul use and the impacts it has on our bodies and minds. Students asked questions afterwards. This afternoon I conducted one 45 minute presentation for the staff at Del Valle Continuation High school. We discussed addiction and how to talk to youth about addiction. Then this evening I conducted a 60 minute presentation located at the Livermore-Pleasanton Elks lodge # 2117 in which we discussed addiction among our youth. This training was open to all Elks members and community members. This tour was sponsored by the Elks National Foundation.

Thanks for having us!
