Today started the beginning of my 3 day Elks DAP Iowa tour. I presented two 60 minute presentations to students at Nevada Middle School and Iowa State University. We discussed the dangers associated with alcohol and marijuana use and the impacts it has on our bodies and minds. Students were able to demonstrate the “fatal vision” goggles and walked the line among their peers. I brought my humor and knowledge to the stage in the hope that these students will carry the message to their peers. This tour was sponsored by the Elks Association State Drug Awareness Program (DAP).
