Elks Association Drug Awareness Program (DAP), ʺ3 P’s of Alcoholʺ and ʺHigh Expectations”

The fourth day of the Elks Maryland DAP tour I conducted a 60 minute evening parent training at the Dover Elks Lodge # 1903. We discussed how to talk to youth about alcohol and marijuana use along with a question and answer period afterwards. This meeting was open to all Elks members and their families. This tour was sponsored by the Elks Association State Drug Awareness Program (DAP).
