This morning I presented one 45 minute presentation to adults at Chevy Chase High school. We discussed “Drug Talk 101” which discusses how many adults want to talk to adolescents about substance use but don’t know how to get started or how to engage their teens. Then I presented two 45 minute presentations to students at Chevy Chase High school. We discussed the “3 P’s of Alcohol” and the “High Expectations of Marijuana” which focuses on the danger and impacts of alcohol and marijuana use. Students were to demonstrate the “fatal vision” goggles and walk the line among their peers. I brought my humor and knowledge to the stage in the hope that these students will carry the message to their peers.
