This was the second day I spoke to the Elks Association and their members at the National Grand lodge meeting and training in Houston, Texas. I spoke about the Elks Drug Awareness Program (DAP) which focuses on our youth and the dangers associated with alcohol and marijuana and the impacts it has on our bodies. I enjoyed speaking on this subject and letting the members know that the Elks are making an impact in their communities with the one and only Elks National Drug Awareness Program (DAP).
